Anyone seeking a high risk work licence must send the application fee with it. The fee is 4.5 fee units for every class of high risk work the applicant wants the licence to cover, so an application for three classes attracts three times that amount. An application lodged without the full fee is not properly made (see r 452(1)(a) and r 533).
