Holders of asbestos removal, carcinogens and major hazard facility licences must hold their evidence of licence document where it can be shown to an inspector who asks for it under the Act. Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units for an individual and 25 for a body corporate; it is an infringement offence (Schedule 20 item 53).
