Each high risk work licence holder has to keep their evidence of licence document on hand so that it can be produced when an inspector asks for it under the Act. In practice the operator should carry the licence card while doing the licensed work. Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units; it is an infringement offence (Schedule 20 item 52).
