A licence holder must tell the Authority in writing about any change to information it has supplied in connection with its licence. Notice is due as soon as reasonably possible once the holder learns of the change. This applies whether the information was supplied in the original application, a renewal, an earlier change notice or any other way; typical examples are a new contact address or, for a major hazard facility, a change in the kind or amount of Schedule 14 materials on site or expected on site. Safety case revisions are handled under Part 5.2 instead. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units (individual), 300 (body corporate).
