Every licence holder must observe the terms and conditions the Authority has placed on the licence under Division 2 (on grant, renewal or transfer) or Division 3 (on amendment). The maximum penalty is 100 penalty units for an individual and 500 for a company, and a breach is an infringement offence under Schedule 20 (item 51). Breach is also a ground to suspend or cancel the licence (r 496(a)).
