Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r466: r 466 Pay the processing fee before a carcinogens licence is granted

The Authority cannot grant a carcinogens licence until the applicant has paid 7.9 fee units for every hour the Authority spent processing the application. The Authority may not charge more than 86.9 fee units in total under this regulation. The applicant should budget for and settle the invoice promptly so the grant is not held up.
