The employer must keep audiometric test results and audiological examination reports for as long as the employee remains employed by it. On request, it must give the HSR aggregate results of the latest regulation 37 tests for that designated work group promptly, as soon as reasonably possible,, without anything that identifies, or could reasonably reveal, an individual. Each duty carries 60 penalty units (natural person) or 300 (body corporate).
