Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r37: r 37 Provide audiometric testing for employees who need hearing protectors

For each employee who must be given hearing protectors under regulation 34(5), the employer must arrange audiometric testing within 3 months of the employee starting the relevant work, whenever the HSR of the employee's designated work group reasonably asks, and at least once every 2 years (s 22(1)).
