Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r33: r 33 Record noise determinations and make them accessible

An employer that makes a noise determination must record in writing how each regulation 32(3) matter was considered and what the results were (penalty 100/500 units). The record must be kept while it remains relevant (100/500 units) and be readily accessible to the HSR of each designated work group concerned and to each employee it covers (60/300 units).
