For each r 311 medical examination the employer must get a summary showing whether the person has an asbestos-related disease and is fit for asbestos-related activities, and must keep a copy for the period set by the Authority (not over 30 years) or, where none is set, for 30 years. Penalty for each: 60 penalty units (natural person) or 300 penalty units (body corporate).
