The person commissioning Class A work must pass each paraoccupational air monitoring result to the licence holder as soon as it arrives, and must keep a copy readily available to the HSR of each affected work group and to affected employees or independent contractors. Penalty for each: 60 penalty units (natural person) or 300 penalty units (body corporate).
