The Class A licence holder must not dismantle any enclosure structure until the paraoccupational air monitoring results that the commissioning person provides under r 295 show the airborne fibre level is no more than 0.01 f/ml. The enclosure must then be taken down in a way that, as far as reasonably practicable, stops airborne fibres being released. Act compliance: ss 21, 23 and 24.
