Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r289: r 289 Dismantle and dispose of glove bags properly

Where glove bags are used for removal work, the enclosure smoke test (r 286(2)), the monitoring hold point (r 287) and the commissioning person's monitoring duty (r 292) do not apply. The Class A licence holder must dismantle and dispose of each glove bag used to enclose the removal area in a proper and safe way. Penalty: 100 penalty units (natural person) or 500 penalty units (body corporate).
