Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 r288: r 288 Make Class A air monitoring results readily accessible to employees

The Class A licence holder must make sure the paraoccupational air monitoring results can be readily accessed by employees at the workplace. For a licence holder that is an employer, this extends to independent contractors. Penalty: 60 penalty units (natural person) or 300 penalty units (body corporate).
