For each r 282 medical examination the licence holder must get a summary showing whether the person has an asbestos-related disease and whether they is fit for asbestos removal work, and must keep a copy for the period the Authority sets (up to 30 years) or, if none is set, for 30 years. Penalty for each: 60 penalty units (natural person) or 300 penalty units (body corporate).
