A licence holder must make sure asbestos waste from removal work goes for disposal as soon as reasonably possible, in a way that prevents release of airborne fibres, at a site authorised to accept asbestos waste under the Environment Protection Act 2017 (including its regulations). The Environment Protection Authority regulates its transport. Act compliance: ss 21, 23 and 24.
