A licence holder must supply employees doing removal work with protective clothing and respiratory protective equipment suitable for the removal being carried out, and must ensure both are correctly fitted. Where the licence holder is an employer, the duty also covers independent contractors. Penalty: 100 penalty units (natural person) or 500 penalty units (body corporate).
