A licence holder must supply the r 272 asbestos control plan, in copy, to the person who commissioned the removal work. For the whole of the removal work it must keep a copy readily available to employees at the workplace (and to the HSR of each affected work group), to any employer there, to anyone engaged to work there, and for inspection under the Act when needed. Penalty for each: 100 penalty units (natural person) or 500 penalty units (body corporate).
