Before any removal work starts, the licence holder has to prepare an asbestos control plan. The plan must take account of any site or employer's register obtained under Part 4.4 (not required for domestic premises) and must contain the information listed in Schedule 12 (see the Schedule 12 summary node). Act compliance: ss 21, 23 and 24.
