A licence holder doing removal work must record the training each removal worker has completed, keep that record the whole time the person does asbestos removal for it, and keep it readily available where the removal is taking place so an inspector can see it when asked under the Act. Penalty for each: 60 penalty units (natural person) or 300 penalty units (body corporate).
