A licence holder may not let anyone do removal work for it until that person has been informed, instructed and trained to work safely and without health risk, particularly on: what the hazard is, the risks, and the health effects of exposure to airborne asbestos fibres; and the need for, and correct use of, risk controls, including maintenance, cleaning and storage of protective clothing and equipment.
