An asbestos removal licence holder must give every applicant for employment, and every independent contractor seeking engagement, to do asbestos removal work, information about the health effects and risks of breathing airborne asbestos fibres and about the need for, and details of, the medical examinations required by Subdivision 3. Penalty: 5 penalty units (natural person) or 25 penalty units (body corporate).
