A licence holder must appoint as its asbestos removal supervisor a person it nominated as a supervisor under r 462(1)(b), and must not appoint anyone whose nomination the Authority has not accepted under Part 6.1 (Licences). Penalty for each: 100 penalty units (natural person) or 500 penalty units (body corporate).
