For each r 262 medical examination the employer must get a results summary, showing whether an asbestos-related disease is present and whether the person is fit to do limited asbestos removal work. A copy must be kept for the period set by the Authority (no longer than 30 years) or, if no period is set, for 30 years. Penalty for each: 60 penalty units (natural person) or 300 penalty units (body corporate).
