When an emergency arises at domestic premises where a building, structure, ship or plant contained asbestos immediately beforehand, the employer or self-employed individual demolishing there must, before demolishing, write a procedure that lowers the exposure risk to employees and people near the site to below the asbestos exposure standard, as far as reasonably practicable.
