Whoever manages or controls a workplace has to review its asbestos risk control measures, revising them where needed: before a change to the workplace, or to a building, structure, ship, plant or system of work there, that could disturb or damage asbestos; after an asbestos incident falling under Part 5 of the Act (notifiable incidents); and whenever the measures are otherwise not adequately controlling the risks.
