Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s78C: s 78C Do not authorise or assist discriminatory conduct

Nobody may ask, direct, induce or encourage an employer or would-be employer to carry out conduct that breaches s 78A, nor authorise or help them do so. This reaches managers, recruiters, labour hire agencies, clients and others who push or help an employer to act against someone for safety-related activity.
