If DWG negotiations (including for a variation) do not produce agreement within a reasonable time, any party may ask the Authority to have an inspector settle the particulars still in dispute. The inspector notifies the parties in writing, and every party, including the employer, is bound to implement that determination. The determination is a reviewable decision under Part 10 (item 1 of the s 127 table).
