Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s48-2: s 48(2) Employers establish multi-employer DWGs by written notice

Where the multi-employer talks end in a written agreement covering the s 48(1) particulars, the employers are obliged to set up the DWG or DWGs as agreed by giving employees written notice. Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units for an individual, 50 for a body corporate. Each participating employer should be able to show that its own employees received the notice.
