Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s44-4: s 44(3) and (4) Vary a DWG agreement by written notice

The parties to a DWG agreement may reopen and negotiate a change at any time. Once the parties settle on a variation, the employer is required to give effect to it by issuing written notice of the varied agreement to employees. Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units for an individual, 50 for a body corporate. Note that varying a DWG can end the term of sitting HSRs unless the variation provides otherwise (s 55(2)(e)).
