Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s73-2: s 73(2) Appoint a suitable employer representative for issue resolution

Where the employer uses a representative to resolve health and safety issues, it must ensure that person is not an HSR and is senior enough and competent enough to act for the employer. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units for an individual, 300 for a body corporate.
