Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s72-4: s 72(4) and (5) Committee meets at least every 3 months

The committee is required to hold a meeting no less often than once every 3 months, and at any other time when at least half of its members call for a meeting. Within the Act and regulations the committee sets its own procedures.
