Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s72-1: s 72(1) Establish a health and safety committee within 3 months of an HSR request

An employer must set up a health and safety committee in line with s 72 within 3 months after an HSR asks for one, or when the regulations require it. Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units for an individual, 50 for a body corporate. The employer must consult employees on who sits on the committee (Part 4).
