Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s69-1-e: s 69(1)(e) Provide HSRs with facilities and assistance

The employer must give the HSR whatever further facilities and help are needed, or are prescribed, for the HSR to exercise Part 7 powers. The regulations may name particular facilities; beyond those, the measure is what the HSR actually needs to use the powers in s 58. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units for an individual, 300 for a body corporate.
