Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s69-1-b: s 69(1)(b) Let the HSR attend interviews with DWG members on consent

Where a member of the DWG agrees, the employer must allow the HSR to be present at any interview about occupational health and safety that the member has with an inspector, or with the employer or someone representing the employer. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units for an individual, 300 for a body corporate.
