Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s69-1-a: s 69(1)(a) Give HSRs access to hazard and health and safety information

An employer with employees in a DWG must allow the DWG's HSR to see information the employer holds on: hazards, whether existing or potential, that come from the employer's undertaking or the plant or substances it uses; and the health and safety of DWG members, or of contractors and their employees whom the HSR is authorised to represent. Medical information is restricted by s 69(2). Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units for an individual, 300 for a body corporate.
