Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s68: s 68 Share HSR costs equally across multiple employers

Where an HSR or deputy represents a DWG made up of employees of more than one employer, the costs of the representative exercising Part 7 powers, and the training costs under s 67(4)(b), to the extent the employers are liable for them, are split in equal shares among those employers unless they agree to a different split. Any agreed alternative split may be renegotiated among the employers at any time.
