If an inspector attends under s 63 and affirms the PIN, with or without modification, the person who received it must comply with the notice as affirmed. Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units for an individual, 2500 for a body corporate; indictable, but may be heard summarily. The inspector's affirmation or cancellation is itself reviewable under Part 10 (item 3 of the s 127 table).
