A person issued a PIN who is not an employee, or an employer who has received a copy from its employee under s 60(4)(a), must make every other person whose work the notice affects aware of it. Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units for an individual, 25 for a body corporate. This covers contractors and other employers' workers whose tasks are touched by the notice, not only direct employees.
