Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s60-4-a: s 60(4)(a) Employee who receives a PIN must tell their employer

Where an HSR issues a provisional improvement notice to an employee, that employee must make his or her employer aware of it so the employer can act on it and pass it on. Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units for an individual, 25 for a body corporate. Employers should give employees a clear route to forward any PIN they receive.
