No person may coerce, or try to coerce, another person: (a) into not making, or into withdrawing, a request under s 43 to form DWGs; (b) in how negotiations about DWGs or variations are conducted under Divisions 1 and 2; or (c) about being represented in those negotiations. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units for an individual, 300 for a body corporate. The Magistrates' Court can grant an injunction to stop or prevent a contravention, and on conviction may make orders about whether all or part of a DWG agreement remains valid.
