Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s51-2: s 51 Renegotiate when a party withdraws from a multi-employer DWG agreement

A party may leave multi-employer negotiations or an agreement at any time by giving the other parties reasonable notice in writing. When a party withdraws from an agreement, the remaining parties are obliged to negotiate a variation under s 48; until then the agreement stays valid between them.
