Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s50-2: s 50 Have regard to Authority guidelines in multi-employer negotiations

The Authority may publish guidelines on conducting negotiations for multi-employer DWGs, including variations. Every party to those negotiations, employers included, is required to take any such guidelines into account in how the negotiations are run. Guidelines are relevant only to Division 2 negotiations involving more than one employer, including talks to vary an existing agreement, and do not replace the mandatory content and matters in ss 48 and 49.
