Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s125-2: s 125(2) Do not assault, intimidate or threaten inspectors or their assistants

No person may assault an inspector or an inspector's helper, or threaten or intimidate them (or try to), whether directly or indirectly. Maximum penalty: for an individual, imprisonment for 2 years, a 240 penalty unit fine, or both; for a body corporate, 1200 penalty units.
