Where the Authority returns a seized item to its owner subject to terms or conditions set to eliminate or reduce health or safety risks, the owner must comply with every one of those terms and conditions. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units for an individual, 300 for a body corporate. The imposition of conditions is reviewable under Part 10 (item 5 of the s 127 table).
