Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s122-2: s 122(2) Allow persons assisting an inspector to access the workplace

Where an inspector who is exercising a power involving entry to a workplace uses an assistant, the occupier or apparent occupier, or the employer managing and controlling the workplace, must let that assistant into the workplace. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units for an individual, 300 for a body corporate.
