Each of the following must, unless they have a reasonable excuse, give the help an inspector reasonably needs to perform functions or exercise powers under the Act or regulations: (a) the occupier or apparent occupier of a workplace; (b) an employer managing and controlling a workplace; and (c) an employee at a workplace. Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units for an individual, 300 for a body corporate.
