Victoria Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 s119-3: s 119(3) Give an inspector a true name and address when asked

A person asked by an inspector, in accordance with s 119, for his or her name and address must give them, and must not state a name false in a material particular or give any address except their complete, correct usual residential or business address. Maximum fine: 5 penalty units. The person may ask to see the inspector's identity card first.
