Compressed air used to pressurise the system passes through a filter that stops oil and oil vapour (P); inlets, outlets and hoses have caps or protective storage; a mobile food establishment tank inlet is 19.1 mm (3/4 inch) or less with a connection that cannot be used for anything else. Tanks, pumps and hoses are flushed and sanitized before use after construction, repair, modification or disuse (P), operated to prevent backflow, kept capped when not in use, and used only for drinking water (P) unless approved liquid food equipment is cleaned and sanitized first.
