The water source and system meet peak demand, and hot water generation and distribution meet peak hot water demand throughout (Pf). Water under pressure reaches all fixtures and equipment that need it, except a temporary establishment or temporary interruption supplied by containers or tanks (Pf). Water comes through an approved public main or through non-public mains, pumps, pipes, hoses and connections, water transport vehicles or containers built, maintained and operated according to law (Pf). Mobile facilities, temporary establishments without permanent water, and establishments with an interrupted supply get compliant water from commercially bottled water, closed portable containers, an enclosed vehicle tank, an on-site storage tank, or piping or hoses from an adjacent approved source (Pf).
